From the bright blue skies with fascinating cloud formations to the incredible jewel-toned sunsets and dark, brooding, grey storms rolling in, I strive to paint the joy I feel while experiencing the beauty of the prairies. Saskatchewan is home to many lakes and forests, rolling hills, creek beds, and gentle valleys. These places of natural beauty make their way into my paintings as well. I paint the landscape in hopes the viewer will see the power of the prairie atmosphere, the gentleness of a setting sun, and the diverse beauty of the land.
