This is achieved through careful preparation of a Yearly Training Plan that includes player evaluations, determining skill and fitness strengths, and identifying areas for growth for both individuals and the team. Once recognized, strategizing goal setting, metrics, and timelines helps players work toward their objectives. We can examine both on- and off-ice components to enhance their progress. The ‘finished product,’ the game, can also be investigated.
