Cancellation & Refund Policy
Mentorship Group
1. Cancellation
a. A Member may cancel at any time. Unless a refund for the remainder of the pre-paid one-month term is specifically requested, Member will have access to their Mentorship Group (and any Member benefits associated with same) for the remainder of the prepaid one-month term.
b. Member can either self-cancel via the My Account portal, via a phone call to one of Mastrius’ support numbers, or request cancellation in writing. Acceptable written request formats:
i. Email to [email protected]
ii. A direct message in MastriusChat to mastrius-admin
iii. A website form intended for this purpose
c. Cancellation requests via a third party (such as a Navigator) are not accepted.
d. If Member violates Mastrius’ Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, Mastrius may immediately cancel a membership and provide written notice to the Member documenting same. No refunds will be given in this circumstance.
e. Mastrius reserves the right to cancel a mentorship group up to 24 hours before the monthly mentoring session. This may happen if the group doesn’t have enough members to be financially viable, or if the mentor has given notice and left the Mastrius community.
i. If Mastrius made the decision to cancel
1. Member will receive a full refund. No action from the Member is required.
2. At our discretion, Mastrius may provide a discount on Member’s next mentorship group purchase.
ii. If the Mentor has given notice
1. Member will receive a prorated refund as if this was a Member-initiated cancellation. No action from the Member is required.
2. At our discretion, Mastrius may provide a discount on Member’s next mentorship group purchase.
2. Refund
a. A refund will be given for the remainder of the pre-paid one-month term if requested in writing to Mastrius administration. Acceptable written request formats:
i. email to [email protected]
ii. direct message in MastriusChat to mastrius-admin
iii. a website form intended for this purpose.
b. Refund requests via a phone call or a third party (such as a Navigator) are not accepted.
c. The Member will be immediately removed from their Mentorship Group, and will not have any access to any Member benefits associated with their Mentorship Group membership.
d. To calculate the refund owing: For every day already elapsed of the pre-paid monthly term, 1/30 of the full pre-payment will be deducted. The balance will be refunded.
3. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
a. If a new Member feels they have not received fair value from a Mentorship Group membership, at our discretion we may provide a refund of Member’s first month of Mentorship subscription payments.
i. Member must initiate this process by communicating their dissatisfaction and/or significantly unsatisfactory situation in writing.
ii. Member must give Mastrius opportunity to improve the Member’s situation, such as by: finding Member a better-fit Mentorship Group, removing another Member from the Group, providing corrective feedback to a mentor, etc.

c. Refund requests via a third party (such as a Navigator) are not accepted.
d. No refunds related to this Money Back Guarantee will be given after a Member’s second month of session attendance.
e. No Money Back Guarantee refunds will be given to a Member who has previously participated in a Mentorship Group.
Mastrius Course
4. Cancellations and Refunds
a. A full refund will be given if a Course cancellation is received up to 72 hours before Course start.
b. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 72 hours before Course start.
c. Registrant can either self-cancel via the My Account portal, or request cancellation in writing. Acceptable written request formats:
i. email to [email protected]
ii. direct message in MastriusChat to mastrius-admin
iii. a website form intended for this purpose d. Refund requests via a third party (such as a Navigator) are not accepted.
e. Non-Members do not receive Member pricing for a course. Mastrius does not offer a “price match” of a Course’s Member price to Non-Members.
f. If Registrant violates Mastrius’ Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, Mastrius may immediately cancel a Course registration and provide written notice to the registrant documenting same. No refunds will be given in this circumstance.
g. Mastrius reserves the right to cancel a Course up to 24 hours before a scheduled session. This may happen if the Course doesn’t have enough members to be financially viable, or if the instructor has given notice and left the Mastrius community.
i. Member will receive a refund prorated by the number of sessions remaining. No action from the Member is required.
ii. At our discretion, Mastrius may provide a discount on Member’s next mentorship group purchase.
Events Membership
5. Cancellation
a. A Member may cancel at any time. The Events membership will continue until the end of the pre-paid one-month term.
b. Member can either self-cancel via the My Account portal, or request cancellation in writing. Acceptable written request formats:
i. email to [email protected]
ii. direct message in MastriusChat to mastrius-admin
iii. a website form intended for this purpose
c. Cancellation requests via a third party (such as a Navigator) are not accepted.
d. Events Membership will be automatically cancelled if the Member joins a Mentorship Group. This is because the perks of a Mentorship Group membership include all the benefits of an Events Membership.
e. If Member violates Mastrius’ Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, Mastrius may immediately cancel a membership and provide written notice to the Member documenting same. No refunds will be given in this circumstance.
6. Refund
f. No refunds of Events Membership fees will be given for partial months.
Recordings Library Membership
7. Cancellation
a. A Member may cancel at any time. The membership will continue until the end of the pre-paid one-month term.
b. Member can either self-cancel via the My Account portal, or request cancellation in writing. Acceptable written request formats:

8. Refund
e. No refunds of Events Membership fees will be given for partial months.
9. Individual Event Cancellations and Refunds
a. A full refund will be given if an Event ticket purchase cancellation is received up to 72 hours before Event start.
b. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 72 hours before Event start.
c. Registrant may request a refund via a phone call to one of Mastrius’ support numbers, or via an email to [email protected] or [email protected]
d. Refund requests via a third party (such as a Navigator) are not accepted.
e. If Registrant violates Mastrius’ Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, Mastrius may immediately cancel an Event registration and provide written notice to the registrant documenting same. No refunds will be given in this circumstance.
