Where do I start?
Choose your stage—Aspiring, Emerging, or Accomplished—then pick a Master Artist who aligns with your goals, medium, and style.
What qualifies a Master Artist?
Mastrius Masters have 20+ years of experience, a strong signature style, commercial success, and a passion for mentoring artists.
What is a Navigator?
A fellow artist who facilitates your group, ensures sessions run smoothly, helps with tech, and keeps discussions productive.
What happens in a mentorship group?
Each group (max 8 artists) meets monthly for a 2-hour live Zoom session with a Master Artist. Sessions include:
✔ Critiques & Feedback – Review of assigned work
✔ Focused Teaching – Based on your group’s goals
✔ Homework Assignments – To challenge & push growth
Between sessions, connect with your group for ongoing support via Mastrius Chat.
How is the curriculum structured?
There’s no rigid syllabus—your mentor tailors lessons based on your goals and challenges.
What if I’m nervous about sharing my work?
Many artists feel this way at first! Mentorship groups are a safe, supportive space designed for growth.
Membership
Can I join more than one mentorship group?
Yes! Many members do. A 10% discount applies to additional groups.
What happens between mentorship sessions?
Stay engaged through Mastrius Chat—share progress, ask questions, and support fellow artists.
How long do I stay with a mentor?
Groups typically switch mentors every 4-6 months for fresh perspectives, but staying longer is an option.
Are session recordings available?
Yes, but only for the most recent session to protect group confidentiality.
Can I join a group that’s already started?
Yes, as long as there’s space. Your Navigator will help you get up to speed.
What if I’m not happy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll work to make it right or refund your first month.
Billing & Technical
How does billing work?
Mentorship is billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Your subscription renews automatically but can be canceled anytime.
Why am I charged before my first session?
Your payment reserves your spot in the group and covers your first session.
Why was I charged after my group ended?
If you didn’t cancel before renewal, you may have been billed. Contact us for a refund (minus a $10 admin fee).
How do I update my payment method?
Log into your My Account portal to update or change your payment details.
How do I access Mastrius Chat?
Log in at the bottom of our website under “Members” → “Mastrius Chat Login.”
How do I contact my Navigator?
Message them directly in Mastrius Chat or tag them in your group’s discussion.
Why can’t I check out?
Check your cart for expired items. If issues persist, email registrations@mastrius.com.
