Our mentorship group will focus on a series of topics that we will learn more about during our time together. We will work together with respect, equality and the inclusion of everyone in the group. Our goal is to get better individually and collectively.
We will strive to challenge the process and look at creative ways to improve the topic. We will build relationships and expand our coaching network. I will support each individual by listening, asking questions and supporting their ideas. I will be available ay time to chat in between our monthly meetings.

Exploring culture, team building, and player buy-in is also a critical component of player and team success. This is achieved through careful preparation of a Yearly Training Plan that includes player evaluations, determining skill and fitness strengths, and identifying areas for growth for both individuals and the team. Once recognized, strategizing goal setting, metrics, and timelines helps players work toward their objectives. We can examine both on- and off-ice components to enhance their progress. The ‘finished product,’ the game, can also be investigated.
